Your order is not accepted until Numoya Pet has confirmed acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please check your order carefully before submitting it, as Numoya Pet may no longer be able to consider cancellation requests once an order has been accepted. If we do not accept, if we modify or if we cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address and/or telephone number provided with the order.

We are not liable for delays in shipping and delivery. All shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance or events beyond our control. Once we hand the products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Numoya Pet is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide you with the Services. However, the sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Numoya Pet. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales between you and Numoya Pet. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from your purchases and transactions with Numoya Pet.
