Terms and Conditions of Sale – Numoya Pet

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales made on numoyauk.com.

By placing an order on the Site, the customer accepts these conditions in full.

🔹 1. Purpose

These conditions set out the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by Numoya Pet.

🔹 2. Products

Products are described as accurately as possible. Errors or omissions may nevertheless occur.

Images are for illustration only and do not form part of the contract. Colours can appear differently between screens, and measurements carry small manufacturing tolerances. Sizes are a guide — measure your dog before ordering and use the size guide.

🔹 3. Prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£), including VAT where applicable.

Delivery costs are specified when the order is completed. Free standard delivery applies to orders over £40.

Numoya Pet reserves the right to change prices at any time, but orders will be invoiced at the price in force at the time of validation.

🔹 4. Orders

Every order carries an obligation to pay.

The customer will receive a confirmation email once the order is validated. A contract is formed once we send a dispatch confirmation.

Numoya Pet reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of non-payment, a previous dispute, or suspected fraud.

🔹 5. Payment

Payments are made through secure platforms such as Shopify Payments or PayPal.

Card details are encrypted and are never stored by Numoya Pet.

🔹 6. Shipping and delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of validation, and delivered within 4 to 8 working days from dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during periods of high demand. Numoya Pet is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or by events beyond our control, but the goods remain at our risk until they are delivered to you.

All duties and import charges are settled by us. You will never be asked to pay anything on delivery.

🔹 7. Right to cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise the right to cancel, without giving any reason, and a further 14 days to return the goods.

The request must be sent by email to 📩 [SUPPORT EMAIL].

Products must be returned in a condition we can assess. You are entitled to handle the goods as you would in a shop — trying the harness on your dog is expected and does not affect this right. Return costs are borne by the customer, except where the error is attributable to Numoya Pet or the item is faulty.

Separately from this legal right, we offer a 40-day guarantee described in our Refund Policy.

🔹 8. Returns and refunds

In the event of a defective product or an order error, the customer may request a replacement or a refund by writing to 📩 numoyauk4@gmail.com.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of our receiving the returned goods.

The custom name patch is made to the customer's text and cannot be resold; it is non-refundable unless faulty or incorrectly personalised. The harness itself is always returnable.

🔹 9. Liability

Numoya Pet products are walking equipment for dogs. They are not a restraint system, a substitute for training, or a safety device for use in a vehicle. Check the fit and the condition of the straps and buckles before every walk, and replace the harness if the webbing is frayed or a buckle is cracked. Never leave a harness on an unsupervised dog.

Numoya Pet is not liable for improper use of the products or for indirect damage arising from use of the Site.

Nothing in these conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.

🔹 10. Personal data

Data collected is used solely for order management and the commercial relationship.

Processing complies with the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and our Privacy Policy.

🔹 11. Intellectual property

All content on numoyauk.com is the exclusive property of Numoya Pet. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without prior authorisation is strictly prohibited.

🔹 12. Governing law

These conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales. In the event of a dispute, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. This does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
